We know in a long time that there are lots of energy sources capable of replacing the gazoline... but for some reason they don't explore them... conspiracy? :D :D

#2 - They are still researching it. But the major corporations ofcourse want to limit the research. If there is gonna be a competitive fuel source to gasoline. The gasoline companies, who are HUGE, will stop it at all costs until there is no more oil left.

#11. You won't, because this technology doesn't scale. This is the reason you don't see commercial airliners driven by huge rubber bands, and express trains with wind-up mechanisms.

Careful, if it hits 88mph it might travel through time...

To bad they didn't have this back then...
Was rather annoying to have to wait several hours to be able to play with the battery powered car for like 30min.

Wonder if they also can supply a hydrogen extraction kit (from tap water)? Where else are you gonna get ur Hydrogen?

I wouldn't expect this anytime soon on real cars. The kits for these car's aren't cheap and a life-size one for a real car would be incredibly expensive. This is pretty cool but this is more or less a novelty item currently. It is a step in the right direction though, but taking this on a real-life scale will takes decades.
