You can just buy them on the internet or in stores. But keep in mind when you buy them that it isnt easy to get it up floating. The base needs to be perfectly leveled. It has 3 foot's where it stands on and you can turn them so that you can get it leveled. You also need to add or remove included weights on the top to make it heavy or light enough to keep it floating. It took me a couple of hours to make it float the first time. When you get the hang of it you can do it within a minute. I've got one to and i made a video about it a year ago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9FZ02I-iFuA
