Nice vid, I like the ideas. It gave me a lot of 'pixar' feeling.

The music though... made by Silence, if only it was.

The description makes this sound SO much more interesting. Just say-- "here's some weird desk lamps you could stick in a ball" and be done with it!

Remove the lights and make it a pre prototype for a robot design and that would be sick. Especailly the one that looks like it has a spinal column behind it.

u guys dont get it hes not telling us a lamp can fit in a sphere its more of the cool 3d look and the diffrent abstract looks to the "lamps" i personally like it for the complexity and the time taken to make and render this!

#3 the difference between him and you is that he tries (and succeeds) and you just sit on your butt typing dumb comments because you obviously can't use your head for something else then seeing desk lamps; and yes (before you ask) there is something else to see than just a baseball....
