Personnally,I don't think this is the right way to treat the elderly people.Besides,this is too dangerous if there are pot-holes on the road because the chair is not tied steadily on the car.Furthermore,the old man felt asleep as the car was traveling quiet fast.I suggest these people shoud think before they do sth like that :(

It's because of ppl like this that we have to suffer under a ton of dumb laws that restrict our freedom. smart people don't need laws to act properly, because of dumb people, the state has to make laws that apply to everyone.
