#22 the fact that someone think it's real it make it hilarious
on the other hand, similar things are really happening all over the world
most recent by albanians ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organ_theft_in_Kosovo )
there's a bit of truth in this joke

I'm no medic, [a] but the security cam actually showing a 65kg plastic bag thrown from couple of meters away, slammin' doors and floor, while 'fresh kidney' could actually mean 48hours since TOD: those donation need to be recirculated and, I see it as a tragedy in fact: people still not capable of 'manufacturin' one-class by-product tissue, and more, cruiselines industry is providing at least couple of dyalisis bots on each cruise boat newer than 2005. [b] Theoretically, it's kinda'of a 'conditioned donation' (ie. <I shall pay for my nephew's college IF he gets good gradin' the year before>; so not a simple, mere one), which says unless certain criteria met during all collecting and delivery processus, donation is null and void: so it literally becomes an FBI thing (just because of that plastic bag on thrown and fallen, easy!). max
