This video is a wonderful insight into how terrifying and confusing the World must seem to some people suffering from schizophrenia. It's a great reminder that no two people view the World in the same way. Thank You for this.

Very informative video highlighting the confusing world that some of us are locked into like their own personal hell.

But the voice acting for the 'inside voice' was just terrible and made me want to scream. Or was that part of the experience?

My brother has bipolar schizophrenia. He reckons that he hears voices. The voices told him that my sister and my dad had an affair together and plotted against my mother and murdered and buried her body.

Of course not true and when my sister found out she was totally disgusted. lol.

Schizophrenia is so horrible. I don't have a brother anymore. It's just a shell of a man that I once knew. It's so sad. I miss him so much and just hope that one day whatever switch was turned on in his brain can be undone. I have offered for him to come live with me but I think he prefers to be at the half way house.

I dont know if i were to take this serious or as a joke? If you didnt have schizophrenia before viewing this you will have it after. Im gonna keep hearing those horrible voice actors for the rest of my life in my head, thank you so much.

People with schizophrenia have another view on the world than a "regular" person would have. Its not saying that their view is any worse than yours. Its different.

I just felt that this clip made fun of people with schizophrenia. The thing is unless you have schizophrenia you have no idea what its really like.

I knew this guy who was a little odd and easily got paranoid.
He hated his mother and used to tell us that he had a brother who was schizophrenic and he'd tell us all the crazy shit his brother got up to.
After years we eventually met someone who grew up with him and it turned out he had no brother.
Basically everything he'd told us about the brother was actually about him.
We never were sure if he knew that he had no brother and it was his way of talking about himself but not freaking us out or if he had split off that part into someone else.

[1] hearing and/or listening to voices inside is not a bad thing at all - breaking the law (civil, criminal grounds) through acts of your personna will still be judged according to respective state's law; [2] there are methods to check wheather food has been poisoned, it may be a justified thought eventually - simplest way, take a pet and feed it partly w/ that piece of food you'd gonna be eating; [3] there's always a plot, people are socializing mammals, socializing consists partly in 'plottin; [4] associating 'medicine' to a treatment doesn't mean anything - according to law everywhere, medical personnel is always bound to and liable under a 'best efforts' provision, so there's never a 'redundancy' regardless of the approach. ..instructive, nonetheless. max

Schizophrenia is a serious mental illness characterised by the disintegration of the thought processes and of emotional responsiveness that can generally be controlled with medication.

There is a difference between paranoid schizophrenia and just your standard schizophrenia.

This video isn't even a remotely close representation of what my experiences have been. I don't have the paranoid bit, that would be horrible.
