#18 and #19, it's not ridiculous, if you are living in the area that is in a path of one of those monsters, even concrete won't help you, if your house don't get hit by a tree or a track or even another house, it will be flooded, so, options are, build a cheep house and watch weather channel, or go and live somewhere else...
