#(removed comment) It actually moves around like that. Its the Tickle Me Elmo toy. Its expensive and it sells out and becomes one of the hardest toys to find by Christmas time.

I had one for my daughter, but she was scared to death by his annoying laugh. It's cool for about 2 minutes, but then you get bored. You put it away and it starts to accumulate dust...or you can put it on fire for your own amusement : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GYGhmJD9LKc
