just imagine what new things that all experts are trying to create right now...
communication tools with aliens?? underwater bunker?? Human Clone ??
why we human always think that buildings in our future will be like in starwars movie??
we might end up living in the caves... who knows???

actually, he and many other science fiction writers did not predict the future, future is based on their ideas
last example, anyone remembers the minority report and new user interface?

very accurate.
here's what I think
Communication:
They had messengers, we have internet and phone, there will be anywhere physical apprearance.
Transportation
They had donkeys, we have planes, there will be warp gates and instant teleportation.
simulation
They had stories and myths, we have video games, there will be somthing like the matrix, some virtual world that seems real.
health:
They had chamans and witch doctors, we have surgents and docs, there will be pills with nanomachines or biomachines that cures everything (no more human doctors),and bio and mecha organs.
Habitation:
They had earth, we have earth, they will have many planets.
Structures:
They had caves and tents, we have building, there will be magnetic field beam coming from your watch designed to make a real indoor, whereever you want. more resistant than solid material.
and so on

#8 nanotech isnt efficient, at least not in medicine. you must build all these tiny machines...not very economical. only for special purposes.
genetics is key here. simply bio engineer microorganisms as you please.

#16, we only have to make the first nanomachines, they grow the rest to our specifications. It is trivial at that point to literaly grow trillions of them in vats like vintners produce wine today. We are already producing custom cells and organisms, in a few years we will have perfected the means of growing any material to our whims.

Minority report didn't so much inspire modern interfaces as was inspired by research.
John Underkoffler (science advisor for minority report) show this off : http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/eng/john_underkoffler_drive_3d_data_with_a_gesture.html
As for accuracy in Clark's predictions.. instead of just ICQ try GPS, cell phones, and even the basics for modern day smartphones/iphones..
