i don't think he wasn't actually speeding though. just making a lot of noise and driving a bit recklessly.

Who would not like to take a ride in THAT taxi! Scott Speed is a former F1 driver who has moved over to NASCAR and drives the Red Bull Sprint Cup car,so not to worry about his driving skills. Red Bull must have been given permission by the Chicago police dept to pull this one off.

Speed's 2007 season was largely disappointing, punctuated with poor reliability and several crashes. He had two separate collisions with Alexander Wurz at Silverstone and at Canada which put him out of the race.

How does his car's lack of reliability and being caught-up in some crashes take away from his driving skills? Being a young driver he still has much to learn and does have some wins and top 10 finishes in different types of racing.Being at his level of skill still puts him way above the driving skill level of 99.9% of all the drivers on earth,so if you choose not to take a ride in his "taxi" it is just fear that is holding you back.
