The shortterm pain, i can imagine them not feeling it... but how about longterm...
after 2 years beeing combat ki master, you and the mrs go to the doctor wondering why not getting pregnant...
doctor says: you have air where you used to have balls...
you: so that's why i never got hurt...

I'm interested to see how far it can go... fist, baseball bat, volkswagon, truck, and so on.

Wow, that's all I can say. Someone can get smacked that hard in the balls and not even flinch. Pretty bloody amazing. Agree with #11.
His dick must be like "that's it, I can't take it anymore, i'm packing my balls and moving out".

It reminds me of one joke:
Three men (karete newby, intermedate level and pro karatist) were asked one question. ''If you were hit in the balls, what would you do?''
Newby karatist - I would run away
Intermedate level karatist - I would kick back
Pro karatist - I would strain my balls and the attacker would break his leg.

Why is it all about the gimicks in the US?
Korean/chinese/thai martial arts are about form and technique, this is guys getting kicked in the balls while a "plastic" sounding narrator tells you what to think.
I really dont like superimposed narrations. Its just annoying chatter and terrible, over accented puns.
"These guys dont die, they dont even get hurt" - yes thank you, I could see that, and I did not need to be told what I had just seen, having just seen it!

While this training seems painful it does seem to be part of a legit style and the founder has been involved in martial arts for decades. The combat ki is just a small part of the overall program. But standing there letting some guy kick me in the junk is not my idea of a good time.

You will be able to do that by training in martial chi-kung. this will reinforce part of your bodies and you will not feel anything ... until you keep those body part trained :/ Where taichi and ki-kung are internal arts based on energy visualisation, martial ki-kung is focused the external reinforcement.

The art is Juko-Ryu Ju-jutsu.

This is legit and mind over matter. I have personally trained with these guys at several Training Camps. I have studied under this sensei and earned several degrees in multiple arts. Juko Kai is one of the very few arts that is accredited and recognized in Japan.
