"He's fine" WHAT!!?? are you a paramedic all of a sudden?? How do you know that he hasn't crushed any of those fragile bones in the face??!!.
It cracks me up that many people assume that someone is OK when they look fine. I have seen much worse internal injuries from much less trauma. Never move anyone quickly, as it could cause more damage.
I wonder what the guy was thinking when he heard his friend say, "He's fine". If he could have responded at the moment, it probably would have sounded like: "@*#%$^& %!$#$^%!!!!"

Can somebody explain the typical "hummmmmmmm" sound people make when they crash very hard. Obviously they are in pain, ok i get that but. They always make that strange sound. Does that have something to do with (temporary) brain damage. Or maybe they fall so hard that they exhale and then have trouble inhaling because of muscle tension caused by the crash?

#15 - It could be a number of things. There could be some degree of neurological damage, the sound of someone trying not to scream, he could have the wind knocked out of him and not be able to take in enough breath to cry out, or maybe he broke his jaw and can't manage more.

'He's fine' or 'he's fucked'? We never get to see the end.

Was that moaning or a big baby crying?
The great part about the pain... It lets you know that you're still alive!
