That's Teh tarik (literally "pulled tea";) - a really milky sweet chai, found in South East Asia.. yum

#5 if you recall, snotr has that video of the robot being trained to flip flapjacks. So yea, robots can be trained. (although they are normally programmed which i think was your point :P )
