Where is this Ohaio you speak of? You didn't, by any chance, mean Ohio instead?

Happy demolition? I wonder how happy they are going to be when they get the complains and lawsuits for bringing down power-lines. :S

That's what you get when you cut costs by using child labour. >:)

"The former Ohio Edison Mad River Power Plant’s 275-foot smoke stack in Springfield, Ohio falls toward spectators and surrounding buildings as it falls the wrong way during its demolition, Nov. 10, 2010. There were no injuries reported in the accident but power was knocked out for more than 8000 customers when the smoke stack crushed several pieces of power equipment."

Advanced Explosives Demolition HAD a perfect safety record for 27 years. No more.

All they needed to do was simply run 2 cable wires from the top of the tower towards the predetermined landing area, say 20 yards apart on the ground. That would've at least prevented the tower from toppling the wrong way. No brainer. >:)

I see the spelling has been corrected. If my earlier post sounded like I was teasing, well... I was, a little bit. Please don't be too offended. If I tried to write in any language other than English, my mistakes would be much worse than a misspelled name.
