#4, because they're not as heavy as adults.. just think of the weight that ones at the bottom are carrying on their shoulders.

#13 its also a tradition for Jewish people to cut the skin off of the end of their penises. As with most traditions, there is no sense involved apart from following the dumb things your ancestors have done before you, accept whats worse is after all the years you think people would learn and take the time to inhibit safety measures. Obviously they care more about respect than their own childrens welfare. Sorry but I don't see the sense in it, although it is a good video to watch.
