Very nice idea.
I proposed to my wife spontaneous in a hospital after she was cured from a temporary blindness on one eye.
Chance of her saying NO after what we've been through the days before: NIL

#9 well..i think the purpose was to get the best possible shot of this one time thing. To capture the best reactions/angles. Better have 10 cameras with one good shot then 2 cameras with 2 crappy shots. Keep in mind that this is an one time thing and nobody knew what will happen =)
Anyways..pretty nice proposal..creative =)

hm you might be right but.. this is called bullet time marriage proposal... a bullet time sequence is NOT only slowed down but simulates a camera moving aroung a fixed center. remember the first bullet time sequence in the matrix on the rooftop "trinity, help me"
with some cgi and lots of money and time a skilled video director can do the same thin with the combined cameras in this room, the result will be a camera jounrey around the couple (altough not leveled) with everybody frozen in place. hence bullet time.
