You don't necessarily have to use a car for transportation ;)
Besides, if you really consider that as a valid argument for not going to Tokyo then I guess that other countries such as New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Australia and India don't have to expect that you come to visit them any time soon :P

Well I'm kinda guy that like cars..So if I'd live there I would have one.. ;) O:)
Its the european driver point of view.. :D
It would be nice to visit that other countries that you mentioned. :)

I own a Japanese imported MPV and love it! Jap vehicles are way better than most UK/EURO cars!

I live about 2 hours from Tokyo. I do own a car here (Prius). Driving here took a little bit of getting used to -- mainly because of stupid drivers, not that it's opposite side from many other countries. Traffic in Tokyo (like any big city) can be absolutely brutal. Thanks for the vid though -- I recognize a fair bit of it... It is indeed a neat city.
