#8 I make 8.5Euro\Day, isn't that great? So they just made more money than I receive in more than 1,5 months.

#7 and #8,
ok, let's say they took it and no one caught them during getaway...
you think it's gonna be sold in 30 seconds? no you have to show it to people, bargain prices, explain why you have no cables, no remote, hope it's not damaed while yanking it off the wall, hopefully it will be sold within a week or so without getting caught...
by the way, it seems to be an inside job ( family members ) from a family on Whittier Avenue

100 euro's for what seems to be a 46 inch plasma, i think you dont need to explain anything, people will buy it instantly if its not damaged.
Besides, working 2 times a week, i only get payed at the end of the month. So its not like they come and hand me 7 euros every hour ;p.

things like security systems can't really prevent this type of break-n-grab job. they'd hope the security alarm will siren off to scare them away, but won't do a thing to these thieves whom is target oriented. then owner had to file insurance claim, they'd battle for paperworks, months after and the crooks will eventually pay up to $5000 coverage. for the most part Insurance are robbing us too

Is it me or why aren't those screens bolted to the holders? Not a very secure wall attachment. And the yanking of the cables can't be good. Remotes are easily replaced. It's also gonna get them more than 300$ on the black market.

The important thing we learn here is to buy the biggest TV available, that way nobody can steal it. I recommend this one from Panasonic:

Just being nit-picky, I think those were LCD's and not Plasmas. Depending on the size a Plasma weighs 75 - 100 lbs, while a similarly sized LCD is only 30 - 40 lbs.
