This man does not suffer from OCD. An OCD sufferer engages in nonspecific repetitive behavior for no reason, like constantly washing your hands or avoiding cracks in the sidewalk or locking a door then going back to check it over and over and over again to make sure it's locked. This young man is simply overly tidy. He likes everything around him in to be orderly fashion and systematically arranged. Many career military people behave this way to some extent. The only behavior I saw that would border on OCD is when he arranged the pills in his bathroom and the money on the counter.
