He's just lucky that he didn't immediately get knocked out fall down into the water and drown because they couldn't locate him.. because judging by the color of that water it looks like its a big river of diarrhea!

Lets not be too quick to judge he was just having some fun....not like he was "TRAIN SURFING" like some other REAL dumb fucks we've seen...
