They should rename this video "How it's made - Miracles"

Just to let people know, anything higher than 0.5 Amperes will kill a human being. The machine you see at 4:38 shows an ammeter which measures a current of about 27 Amperes! Pretty strong stuff :P

I bet there is a easier way to make magnets O:)
The difference between electromagnets and regular
magnets is that the magnetic field of an electromagnet
can be turned off when the electric current coursing
through it is turned off or removed. 8-)

#4 Get your facts right its not the amps or the volts that kill its the wattage , a 1.5v battery can produce currents in excess of 500ma and thats never going to kill you ,

I have been hit with 1.5 amp at 1kv at work and ya it threw me back and it hurt but it diddent kill me , could have but it all depends on how the power travels threw you , But what that guy is doing there is totally wrong that magnatiser is showing 300v x 30amp even thow thats only for a second its 9kw of dc power flowing threw there and that can kill and if not cook your fingers in an instant.

I wonder how magnets can keep their magnetism.
They are just powered up with that machine!?

#6 no, its the amp! the amp fries you.

#4 True. But a current of 0.3A can be deadly also. Just takes longer. I learned that on a school for electrical enginering.

Why is the guy talking about "electromagnetic charge"? It doesn't make any sense. It's either electrical charge that has nothing to do with magnets, or magnetic dipole (magnetization). Magnetic FIELD in this case is generated by electrical CURRENT. These "science" TV shows always get everything mixed up.

Looks like kind of a crappy little magnet factory. Production must be pretty low with all that manual labour.
