#7 Im so sick of people not knowing what the hell there talking about here , you can turn .5 of a volt into a million as long as you have the current to do so , Volts alone do not hurt.
And its a 3.7v in the iPhone , The BIG problem with any device that makes high voltages is storage and charge times , while you mention a taser works of a 9 volt they have a bank of capacitors that hold a charge and at current high enough to shock some one.
I used to have a ray ionizer to clean the air in my room it has spikes on it that on the tip is 120kv , put your finger with in 2mm of it and it with arc threw you straight to the ground and trust me you dont feal Anything its such a low current.
And just to shut you up here a mini anoying taser from a camera thats using only a 1.5v bat

There is no such api, that when you press those buttons that it does something the charge part

Haha how would they fit capacitors that large into an iPhone... Ah yes. The dumb people have all the fun. I hate thinking about stuff.
