hm, someone found the fast forward-Button. Looks funny, but Tricking is fast enough in normalspeed (at least for my eyes) :)

I agree with #6. Only then it can be seen if any particular admin/mod is biased towards a particular submitter. How does a video get approved? Do all the admins/mods look at the submissions (and vote or something)? It would be helpful if snotr could state it in the FAQ.

the encoding has been fixed now, it should be in normal speed and #7 we all look at all the individual videos and vote yes or no(there are currently 1062 videos in the queue) and we are not biased towards any submitter
