#6 I believe you can get them at IKEA as part of their "FLYT" line of sneakers. IKEA, Swedish for "Holy crap that guy can jump!"

At his best in 2005 Stephan Holm jumped 7'10 1/2". Which is an incredible 1'11 1/4" higher than he is tall. Nobody else has ever jumped that much higher than his own head. I really like his 6 Degrees of Jumping video where he demonstrates different high jump techniques. Of course his Athens gold medal winning jump is a thrill to watch. His run up is so fast and his takeoff really far from the bar.
