#17 that video you sent has more bull shit in it that this one , some of it is clearly aimed at total retards ... "you need weapons that operate at the speed of light to defend...blabla" when was the last time you seen a missile at the speed of light

An honestly i seen a similar video 10 years ago with the exact same shit , wow 10 years and there still sayin any day now just throw us some more funding and we will eventually make some cotton candy with it !

A lower power version has already been proven to work and at the speed it aquires and destroys targets even multiple threats will be eliminated at the speed of light.
