Melody road
The grooves in this Japanese road produce tunes when the tires of your car run over the asphalt. The sound quality is best when driving at 50 km/h (28 mph), so the idea is to control the driver's speed voluntary.

Its only a small stretch of road, and im pretty sure you can avoid that road on your "commute", looks like a tourist attraction.
Its just a bit of fun and might get ppl wondering about how it works and the little bit of science behind it or get them thinking creatively.
Better than irish councils "creative" ideas for irish roads, we dont have grooves, we have pot holes, more percussion, less wind instrument.

I'd look forward to this section of road, gives you a chance to let off the gas you've been holding in for the entire trip.... brrrrrrrrrrrr!

Clever concept. Add these grooves in a NASCAR track & we can really have some fun. Get the drivers to sing & you have Karaoke.
BabbaJ from Jeff Dunham:
"Ooh. They're making a left turn! And Singing!"
