I know he's very clever but i dont like the way he is ignoring the fact that the big blue ball wants to use the ladder, he could give it a hand.

This is insanely impressive *if* this is real. The possibilities would be near endless with something that awesome. The thing is i haven't heard a word about this guy or the project - which is weird. Considering how far he "seems" to have got. Fake or not? I hope not, but you never know...

Great security idea. I guess no-one would ever think of logging in by holding a photograph of your face up to the cam? :|

haha funny enough family members tried that the only problem was that because the photo of my face wasn't three dimensional it didn't recognize the photo. So im not worried :D

Nice to have in a bar or club, so the security can instantly see who has lost their permit to enter.

#20. That's odd, because I've heard of people logging on using their own photograph, so the 3D thing is clearly incorrect. And if you think about it, the only way the program would be able to distinguish a 3D image from a 2D one, would be if it had access to 2 web cams. I don't know of any laptops with 2 cams, do you? In any event, the word is that it takes so long to process the face, you'd be miles quicker typing in a password.

And incidentally, I have a foolproof method of bypassing any computer security system. It's called a screwdriver. :)

#27 its not about the face recognition..thats nothing new..its about the learning aspect of the camera by a simple software
