I've been sedated once for an operation and I remember when I woke up I was talking gibberish lying in the operation room. But hey, I'm sensing fake here 1:26 Who does this?

How on earth can they discharge someone in that state? In the UK there's no way this would happen, he'd be in a bed for the night and that's on the National Health Service. This is what happens when you privatise health care.

#8 well in most places of europe you have to stay at the hospital until you can go home by yourself. not by car but walking by yourself at least

I didn't have my wisdom's out until my early 40's, and even at that age, I was every bit the stoned-out space puppy he was. And yes, the procedure was done in a dental clinic, not the hospital, so I had to go home a raving lunatic like he did.

In Canada you may NOT leave the hospital/dentist after being "put under" unless another adult is there to sign for you and take you home. Medicare is not privatised here.
