#4 It's due to the contrast between the very bright atmosphere and the very dark sky. In addition, the cameras aren't as flexible with contrast as our eyes are.

This is very impressive. Such rockets usually achieve altitude twice smaller and the parachute systems fail often too. Pretty impressive and beautiful.
#5 You need a permit from FAA.

#9 Actually, the limit is set at 100 km (kilometers), also called the Kármán line.

If you use Fred Flintstones' units, 100 km = 328 083.99 feet . Easy to remember, right? :D
