From the way it looks he hit the water face first , if he had have dived in head first he might have had a bit more luck poor basterd.

#7 Actually, a normal human body will never reach more than 200 km/h because of wind resistance. 200km/h is around ~125 miles/h.

#16 it doesn't matter. The speed he would have been falling without the wingsuit would be quite enough to turn the water into the equivalent of a concrete wall. Haven't you ever had the wind knocked from you doing a belly flop from the diving board at the pool? From that height, I imagine it'd knock your front through to your back, taking wind and everything else with it.
