In russia, the world is black and white. Except for the green lights that are red.

#9, #10, I came to Chicago (Illinois, USA) and was chocked when my taxi driver did that. Then my family assured me it was normal practice when clear...

Yeah, in most parts of Canada and the US a right turn on a red is legal, but not in all places.
I guess this is not common in other parts of the world?

#12 in germany red means red..but sometimes a traffic light got a small 2nd traffic light on its side just for people who want to turn right.
