The way the guy cut the coconut at the end is exactly how they do it in Dominican Republic. You want an ice cold fresh coconut on a hot summer day? The guy has one ready with a straw before you even had a chance to pull out your money! :D

At 1:13 the Trinidad guy spills some, so if you find yourself in a survival situation, where every drop of hydration counts, I'd recommend the Hawaiian way......
