Welcome to the civilized world! Thous 3rd world counties have it all mixed up.. being poor and still kind to each other, even though they have nothing. We got it right... being rich and complete bastards, is the way to go.

#6 It doesn't happen in Japan! Even after the tsunami there was no looting. And they waited patiently in line for food, no shoving or fighting! The Japanese have the right attitude when it comes to being civilised. Seniors are respected and revered.

98 mph in a 70 mph zone is instant reckless driving and almost always a trip to the hoosegow so this guy was lucky,but the cop,even mad about the excessive speed was out of line with his comments.

#12 I think that cop was kind of nice considering the ignorance of the "germany boy" , He knew full well what the speed limit was and if your a guest in some one else's country you learn there road rules before you go driving around.

It's not Russia, but it's similar! It's not the first nor the second time i watch a video of a cop being aggressive towards people without any reason. Just made me remember that awful video of 2 american cops with a dog heavily beating a black guy and letting their dog attack him, also, apparently without any reason at all. There's still a lot of racism and xenophobia in USA, unfortunately.
