Where do I send a contribution..? Few people would take action like this Lady in addressing the problem of these unfortunate stray cats...its a sad fact that EVERY large city in the world has its share of stray cats ( and dogs ).
Capture, neuter, and place these animals in homes where they have so much love to give...I have 2 adopted cats, I can't imagine taking care of over 100..!

This woman means well, but she's gone slightly a little tiny itty bit overboard....about 134 times
However well she means it, and however harsh the alternative is for them out on the streets, it smells a tiny bit of unmeant animal abuse, in the mere fact, that cat's don't like to be confined in small areas like these, and they need to have a space to retreat when things get ugly with matey felines.
Good heart, small brain

well at least they are not starving with her. she actually takes care of them, but they definitely need a new home. she should make a website and put up them for adoption. she could make some money off of it.
and to the question what about dogs? i think they are less likely to get kicked out and left alone on the street. people usually prefer dogs over cats i think. =/
