i'm not ashamed to admit this made me shed a few tears.
those poor animals spent more than 20 years apart from each other, chained and mistreated by ruthless circus trainers, it's obvious from their scars.
Scumbag humanity..

#1 sounds good and everybody agrees, but no one would discard anything from its comfortable style of living. no one would give up having children. and the main problems are these too, too much people and too much needs. so most of the wild animals will be dead soon. it is pretty clear if you see the trends.

How nice is that?

The elephant keeper's message was just as poignant. Less than 200 years ago we were doing to each other what the circus trainers did to these elephants. For a quality movie on the subject, check out the following:

I cant stand seeing elephants (or any other large wild animal..) behind steel bars and standing on concrete.
Still this was very touching

Wild animals should be free and no contact what so ever with humanity. I totally agree with natural reservations in which these amazing beings should be free and no poachers or "domestication" at all. I don't agree at all with zoo places and stuff like that or circuses.
#(removed comment). Your comment proves that you're still a teenager and you kinda like to skip school or you don't pay attention to your classes. I don't feel pity for you, at all.
Just by thinking of it, I think that "Idiocracy" movie was in fact a documentary.

#2 & #3...I'll join you there...so did I, and more than once. It makes me sick how "humanity" can be so inhumane.

its a strange thing to feel sad and happy at the same time. sad they have to be rescued in the first place, happy they are being looked after by good humans.

Very much agree with #1,#2, #3, and #4. Sick human behavior, the worst predator of our planet. And yes, overpopulation is a huge problem too.
