This is more tricking and acrobatics than Parkour. Parkour (or Free Running) is all about flow. This is just practicing the small areas of Parkour. Stringing them all together in an urban environment as a way to move around fluidly and without barriers is what it is all about. Nonetheless an impressive video :) 1 and a half monkey heads ::(|)

It reminds me of the time I was at a Parkour world championship in Helsingborg, Sweden. It really was great standing there five meters away from those guys. I really respect them and their control over their bodies. Anyways.. Great video! Cheers! :)
