it's just a nerd joke. all we "hear" from Kepler 22b is random noise, actually.
someone thought it was funny to mix it with the "FENTON!!"-viral. heh...

#8 you can see that after 0:26 the scene is repeated 4 times and its clearly not the noise they hear in the show.
BTW: i just love Dara O'Briain, and for me he is one of the best comedians today.
