That seriously the record? damn I've made heaps when I was younger go twice that distance at least, and even one that went about half a kilometer or more, but that one had a breeze keeping it aloft.

Very cheap hobby! All You need a piece of paper and a small hall... 20.000 - 40.000 m2.

It's the modern day child that has the unlimited amount of modern day toys (ps3, xbox etc ) and still says he/she is bored and got nothing to do, lol..... this is back to the old Skool stuff, i love it <3 , we were never bored and it's only a piece of paper :D !!!

#5, world record attempts must be made in a controlled environment, outdoors the wind may catch the plane and carry it several km, but these situations don't count.
