Why should this be fake? There are plenty of lightning survivors, some of them got hit even more than once. Yes, there are also fatalities, the rules of electric current are simple, If you don't burn or your heart didn't stop working you are lucky one. And you are even more lucky when your blood and internal organs doesn't decay in near future.

They say getting struck by lightning gives you cancer. Hope this guy survives.

he was soaking wet! 100% conductive, so the lightening didn't find any resistance, it went straight through to the ground! i think rain saved his life! if he was dry, the lightening would encounter a resistance as his body is not 100% conductive, some of it will turn into heat and burn him!

its fake.
filming this boring stuff in the first place makes no sense. an old man crossing the street?
and when he gets "struck", they leave him there? really? they are at least two people behind the camera. and they take like 30 seconds to get closer and watch out for the old man?
fakkkee
and #20 but some people do this for a living. what you see here is really no big deal. maybe its real, it just feels wrong in so many ways. and its certainly not worth it to rewatch it 10 times and get single frames to take a closer look.

There are a number of factors that make me think it's fake.
1. Why are they filming that particular guy?
2. The strike didn't seem nearly as loud as it should have been from that distance.
3. There's no scorch marks anywhere. You'd think lightning might leave some scorching behind.
But I'm no expert either. So it could be real.
