Sad part is people will still moan over here in germany why he has so much money and they have so little. Social envy is ever increasing at the moment. VW-CEO Winterkorn got 17.5 million Euro after leading his company to a record year and becoming the biggest car producer in the world.

What's the problem with getting a super high income as long, and this is the most important part, everyone is happy, employees, business partners, bosses, ...

No kidding #3, big risk should net big reward given big success. The problem comes in when you have companies like AIG that reward its executives for failure.

Dear Snotr! Don't you ever, EVER show me this kind of videos! They bring me down, because such bosses are so hard to come by in our time! :'(

This guy is amazing. He should be built a monument to! He even knows his employees by their names! It is so important for employees to see their boss care! :)

An economic model, that depends on people putting caps on bottles by hand for twenty years to meet the needs of society, has some serious flaws. Automation should be a good thing.

#8: That sure is a strange trend. Here in Finland big companies, like Finnair, give huge bonuses to CEOs that have failed miserably too. And this while they demand employees to work extra hours for no salary, or sack them altogether! This recent crap completely defies logic... And it's happening in more and more companies :S

I'm starting to have some faith in humanity again. What a contrast to US corporate greed and dehumanizing authoritarian treatment of employees as if they are just a number, one wrong word or opinion or just an idea and you're gone. This guy treats his employees with respect and kindness. I'm not saying it's perfect or the answer to all problems, but it shows that it works. People thrive in that kind of environment.
