When I was a kid I was doing something like that.

I tell someone "oh you got something on your chin!", and at the same time I scratch my forehead.

Guess what, he checks his forehead... then he understands (but too late! I won)

I did that also often when I was smaller... I remember, tough, poking someone accidentally in their eye when raising my finger... :/ Hurt like hell and not very smooth, but oh well.... :D

They were better on MadTV. Key's "ho nutha lebou"-guy and the coach were my favorite.
