i think they teach them to jumpt over fences and brake the doors instead of trying to open them.. to gain time. in this case they imitate the fugitive.

#13 - watch the video again and see how fast the camera man moves through the gate as opposed to the police office just in front of him and tell me which appears to be faster.

The audio on this sounds more like it was someone using a camera to take a video from a TV. It sounds like it is in a tunnel. Is the one laughing the cameraman following the cops or the person filming the TV show?

#14 The cop may have been faster because the cameraman had to stop to laugh at him. Plus...HE IS CARRYING A FRICKING CAMERA WITH HIM AND IS FILMING!. Sheesh!
