I don't see how this could work. You need to stir things that stick to the bottom And ingridients that don't mix easly - (like flour and milk). But as the stirring here happend due to the substance within cooling in the middle and heating on the sides, it wouldn't mix a thing...

Maybe stirring is a bigger deal in Japan than in my country, but I never heard anyone complain about how much they hate to stir stuff
