This will be a problem for anything that has solids. The denser materials will all center into a ball like this one.

I don't see how this could work. You need to stir things that stick to the bottom And ingridients that don't mix easly - (like flour and milk). But as the stirring here happend due to the substance within cooling in the middle and heating on the sides, it wouldn't mix a thing...

Instead of knocking the pot (pun intended) I'd say this guys ingenuity is pretty decent. That's how we move forward... kudos to the inventor!!

#14. I think you're missing the point. With this invention you can cook without having to always keep an eye on the pot which saves time for preparing other things.
