#1 My friend is a security guard at a local mall, and he told me he has no right to detain or even touch someone if that person is not a threat to another person... all he can do is call the cops, much like the guard in this video.

#1 If I were a t-Mobile emloyee earning $5.50 an our, I would call police, get the other cutomers out and enjoy the show. You won't get paid to chase nutcases, that is the police to do.

#6 so true. I know alot of people who have been f*cked over by phone stores. (including me) And no , This is not just for whining , but they really do lie and take advantage of people. But it doens't matter who's fault it is , most of the time it's the customer who ends up paying a fine or something else.

The reason I have pre-paid cards, if something happens, it is very easy to get an other brand. No questions asked.

T mobile do have the worst customer service of all the major mobile providers in the UK by a very long shot.
I kind of understand his rage.

Buy a Pay-as-you-go phone. That way you don't risk getting stitched up with a contract and you can't lose any more than the cash you load onto the phone.
Oh and one last thing, leave the 'must have the latest gadget, regardless of the cost' mentality to the morons who are easy prey for mobile phone companies. I swap my phone on average after about 5 or 6 years use. By this time the case and battery are both a bit worse for wear, and I can pick up a new(ish) model for perhaps £60 to £70.
This means that it's costing me just over 22p per week to own a mobile phone.

The guy on the inside wasn't a security guard. He was wearing a normal T-Mobile shop uniform. Most small sized phone shops don't have their own security guard, only the larger sized shops. Unless it is a shop which is targeted a lot by thieves.
Unfortunately for the man who decided to stick it to T-Mobile will get done quite hard for this as it will be considered criminal damage and not a civil matter. Poor guy. But I did enjoy the level of detail he went into to ruin the store.
