Something really amazing in this video is that if you compare the Internet reaction with those most aged people, they seem more comprehensive about new things than youngers whom would grip on their roots and deny innovation.

#1 Dubstep is pure music. No lyrics needed(mostly) and still it kicks ass!
Tho I'm not rly into skrillex but theres ALOT of other awesome dubstep djs out there!

You gotta listen to dubstep on a proper sound system with chunky bass to appreciate it.
Otherwise it is a pretty sad affair even being as high I as am right now.

And then we fast forward 50 years from now and we'll be in their shoes.

drum n bass/jungle > dubstep.

To put it into technical terms: dubstep is the anthem for the current generation's identity crisis.

This was obviously designed as a bait to demean and villify older folk.
It did not work.
For this, I am glad, and I rebuke the smart alec's who tried to use this to make small of their elders.
Look how graciously they accepted and were positive to this video.


This should be a lesson to those smart-alec's who want to portray elder and other folk as insensitive, unreactive (in a positiive manner) and such.
These elder folk responded in a hugely wonderful fashion.

Grow up.

Learn from you "elders" who are willing to look at and enjoy new stuff.

I think that this would have been a whole world better if a smarter and better choice of music using dubstep had been chosen. There are many other options. To use this was obvious baiting and was uniquely bad choice.

Hey. If you want to promote dubstep to older folk, why not look at Lindsey Sterling or other real new artists?
