These monks obviously have too much time on their hands. Spinning chains around, not a lot of use in the modern world and if its for defence, pretty sure it wouldn't stop a bullet no matter how fast he spun it. Brew beer like a proper monk!

#16 You're right. #15 probably thought what might happen if a spectator gets too close. But really, common sense*) should tell most people to stay well clear of those chains.

*) a fairly rare natural resource not found in US courts.
