Why all three ladies wear the same uniform, with the same red thing on their shoulder - some kind of marker for picture recognition?

Actually, looking at 5:00, where it opens a bottle and pours juice in a cup.. it makes you realize how complex the human brain is, how many sensors and finesse is needed for such a simple task.

Do it have the 3 robotic laws embedded? if not... Well at least it's far from silent so we can always just outrun it

Nice to see though all the upgrades Asimo get since it was made.

Was it programmed to do all these things, or did it work them out for itself? These are all things children learn to do before school by themselves, either by invention or repetition, so when robots can learn the same way, that's when we'll have AI.

I'm not trying to belittle this feat, I'm just saying that we've nothing to fear from robots with guns just yet (at least not from ones that make their own decisions who to shoot).

I wonder if they have ever figured a way for Asimo to climb stairs? The last vid I saw of it trying were fails......

FFWD to 0:50 to see it try. It seems Asimo falls rather often because they cut the lights and brought out a shield wall instantly to avoid people getting pictures of him falling.
