FAKE!!!

No but seriously, it would be so much cooler if all of those pixels actually fit the pixel matrix grid, like when the characters tilt, the pixels remain upright. As opposed to tilting as well.

I realize that involves remapping the characters. But they used mario sounds, which was cool.
