This reminds me of my previous work. Every time my boss asking me and my colleagues to do overtime work in the office, we are like wtf? Are u kidding me? But after 5 minutes, boxes of pizza and kfc arrived.. Then were like, ok! now were talking.. :D

Yeah, I know it's like bribing us.. but works all time..

The task with the candle i saw it first on TED, pretty clever actually, people accept the matchbox just as a box.So adding the "happy" factor maybe let them to think more clearly and be more creative.Pretty nice video indeed :)
