#9 the Marathon bar was never sold in the US with nuts in it. The Marathon sold in the US was just caramel and chocolate braided into a long bar while the one sold in the UK had peanuts in it.

Ali , you misunderstand.....Snickers have always been sold here and have always had peanuts since Mars first introduced them in the 1930's, it was the Marathon candy bar sold in the US that was nutless. ;)

British candy maker Cadbury made the Curly Wurly and it also was braided chocolate- covered caramel.Generally not sold in the US.
